PSG sprung to life in 2000 to fulfil our vision of providing high quality, practical HSE Risk Management solutions. While our Managing Director worked with various companies, trying to achieve HSE success, he witnessed most consultants providing “off the shelf” solutions which were devised without adequate client consultation. This one size fits all approach often failed due to inadequate analysis of problems and poor implementation of fixes. Client service was typified by a lack of communication, support and one on one consultation. Most of the time the solutions did not solve fundamental underlying problems but clients were convinced that that these were the only answer to their issues.

From the beginning our philosophy has been to pursue a better way to work with clients that are striving to developing strategies appropriate to their risk tolerance. It has been through our model of superior service that has seen us grow from a single local client to hundreds of international clients.

Like many organisations, which started as a vision, we commenced as a single operator working out of a home office. Very quickly we found others who shared our vision and moved into serviced offices in Leederville. Word of mouth soon spread that PSG was delivering what it promised and providing the type of attention to detail clients craved.

As our client base grew, so did we, and inevitably we moved into larger offices to house our expanding team. Then in 2008 we fitted out and occupied an entire building in Osborne Park. Our purpose built Training room and offices is now home to our wonderful Consulting, Training and Support staff. In 2009, we established an international office in Singapore.

PSG is dynamic and engaging. PSG staff are not your typical stuffy corporate consultants and trainers. They are thoroughly professional and have extensive hands on experience. Our team values passion, initiative, loyalty, responsibility and dependability. PSG prefers to understand you and your organisations individual challenges then apply the most appropriate solution rather than offer a less effective off the shelf solution.
